Return policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be:

1. Misprinted, damaged, or defective;

2. Unused and in the same condition that you received it; and

3. In the original packaging.

To claim your refund:

1. Send an email to rway2shop@gmail.com within 30 days after the product has been received. Attach a receipt or proof of purchase; like a copy of the order confirmation email or any transaction receipt for the item in question that was sent to you.

2. Attach a photo of the misprinted, damaged, or defective item as well.

Please note that you may only refund an item within 30 days of its date of purchase. Beyond that, refund claims will no longer be honored.

Any item that is (1) not in its original condition or (2) damaged or missing parts for reasons that Rway2shop is not liable for is not eligible for a refund.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet on the expected date, check your bank account again before contacting your credit card company. Expect that this will take 5 to 10 business days before your refund is officially posted.

Afterwards, contact your bank. Processing time is a factor in potential refund delays.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and discounted items cannot be returned. Transactions with an applied discount from the use of discount codes are also exempted from refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rway2shop@gmail.com.

Depending on where you live, it may take a longer time for you to receive the new item.

We can only replace an item once. Should there be any defects or damages in the replaced item, we recommend you to request a refund.
